Nickie Schwartzkopf started in the Real Estate business in Kansas City, Missouri in 1978. After her husband's relocation to Chattanooga in 1985, Nickie received her Tennesee Real Estate License in June of 1986. She is a graduate of Realtors Institute(GRI), and is licensed in both Tennesee and Georgia. In 1987, she was the FIRST Gloria Sutton agent in the company's history to earn a position in the Million Dollar Club and the Presidents Club in her first full year. In 1988, she became a Charter Member of the Chattanooga's Area's Premier Club which represents the top 5% of sales agents in the Chattanooga Association of Realtors.
